FC Workforce, founded in 2018, are an independent Recruitment company specialising in the supply of temporary workers into the Warehousing, Production and Manufacturing sectors.

Our key focus is to provide a solution to companies that are in need of additional workforce throughout their seasonal peaks, alongside long-term solutions and permanent recruitment. We are proud to be an approved GLAA licence holder where we supply high volume workers to many companies in the agricultural and horticultural industry. We are also partner with ALP (association of labour providers) and are a Stronger Together member.

We cover nationally and have 4 key branches – East Anglia, South East, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We work closely with the two main Neutral vendors – GRI and Neuven where we have built up fantastic relationships with some of the largest names in the industry.

FC Workforce are sole supplier to various sites, where we recruit both from the office and on-site locations. We also partner with secondary suppliers where our end goal is always to fulfil the client’s needs to the best of our ability, whilst building a strong and trusting relationship with both our clients, partners, and workers.
