Established in early 2018, we are a modern, professional and forward-thinking organisation, who continuously endeavours to provide outstanding service to our clients. Our team, has a combined experience of over 70 years in the recruitment and logistics sectors. Bailey holds an international management CPC, with experience managing a large fleet of over 110+ HGV’s, and a busy warehouse. Alongside Jade’s senior sales background she has provided recruitment services to clients, up and down the UK for over 10 years, managing major contracts with high volume staffing requirements.

We strive to be a leading workforce provider and become a household name in the recruitment industry, using our wealth of knowledge and ability to relate to the on-going difficulties, the industrial sector may face with finding a reliable workforce solution.

Our mission is to build long term, sustainable and trustworthy relationships with our clients and candidates. With our ability to provide on-site supplies and successfully fulfil enormous national contracts, we know just how to handle the pressure of high-volume support. Our supporting senior management team understand the importance of honesty and consistency in the fast-paced environment of logistics and warehousing.

We are proud to be an approved GLAA licence holder, for our high-volume supply of workers to a multitude of organisations in the agricultural and horticultural industry. We also work very closely with the two main Neutral Vendors-GRI and Neuven and have built fantastic relationships with some of the largest names in the industry.

FC Workforce are sole supplier to various sites, and recruit from our head office and on-site locations. We also partner with secondary suppliers to ensure our clients needs are always met, to the best of our ability. This synergy allows FC Workforce to build strong and trusting relationships with our clients, partners and workers.

Our internal Senior HR Partner, Josh, supports both our business and clients with maintaining HR excellence. Josh has vast experience in recruitment & selection, succession planning, risk management, UK employment law and legislation, managing employee & employer relationships and maintaining a positive company culture. Josh has provided support, advice, and guidance to some of the UK’s largest private and public sector organisations and holds master’s level qualifications in HR management and Leadership & Development.

Our growing team of target driven; ambitious individuals have a passion second to none. With the ability to adapt and a must fulfil attitude, it is our priority to ensure efficient and professional service is given at all times.
