The fast pace, the buzz when we get the job done, putting people into work who are genuinely keen for work, great client feedback and relationships. Commission is up there too

Continue being a recruitment machine and see where that takes me

What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?

Always strive for more. Show a softer side more often, it’ll get you further. You have to go out and work hard, nothing comes to you by luck

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Sleeping, spending time with friends

What would your perfect weekend look like?

A lie in, catching up on Eastenders, a trip to a pub for a few pints of Stella

What movie/TV series genres interest you the most?

Cheesy British sitcoms. I rarely watch anything else

What’s something surprising that not many people know about you?
I was a really good piano and clarinet player when I was younger until I gave it up

Who are some of your biggest influences?
My parents, their work ethic has definitely been installed in me
My two best friends for keeping me in check and rational
