How are my shifts booked?
You will be contacted to retrieve your shift availability for the following week. Once you have confirmed your availability, this will be booked in for you if we have the shifts available. You will then receive a call and text message the day before or on the day of your shift to reconfirm it.
How do I obtain a reference?
All you need to do is contact ‘references@fcworkforce.co.uk’. Consent will be needed from the individual the reference is intended for. You will receive an automated response outlining final response time and what’s needed from us.

How do I apply for a specific job role?
All of our available job roles are on Indeed. But you’re more than welcome to call our head office and let us know the role you’re interested in!
Are all of your roles temp-perm?
We have a mix of temporary and temp-perm roles. The type of role is decided by our clients. We make sure you’re aware of which type of role it is during our initial registration phone call. But remember, whether you achieve the permanent contract is all down to you! Your performance and reliability are big factors in whether the client would like to take you on permanently.
What does the induction look like?
Each client will run an induction before you begin work. As there are many different clients based at different sites, they will all look a little different to one another. Although they will look different, you will always be inducted and provided with relevant training and information.
As an active worker, can I contact anyone from FC Workforce outside of office hours?
Yes, we have a 24/7 on call system to ensure that you receive speedy responses. Someone will always get back to you as soon as possible!
What are your main office operating hours?
08:30am – 17:30pm.
Do you offer transportation?
Unfortunately we do not offer transportation. Responsibility to travel to client sites lies with our candidates.
